Accounts may only be created by adults (18+). Any information about a child is provided by you, the parent or guardian, and you consent to our processing it to provide the Service. We use children's information solely to generate personalized stories and illustrations for your family — not for advertising, and never to build profiles for marketing. As a parent/guardian you can view, edit, export, or delete your child's information at any time from the app, or by contacting us. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active so your stories and family profiles are available to you. If you cancel a paid subscription, your account and data remain so you can return later. If your account is canceled and inactive, we may delete it and its data after a period of inactivity (for example, twelve months), after notifying you. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app, and we will honor verified deletion requests promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export or delete your data directly in the app, or email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
